We stand behind the quality of our tools. If the document we generate doesn’t meet reasonable expectations for your stated jurisdiction and industry, we want to make it right.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all tool purchases, subject to the conditions below. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one or more of the following:

  • The generated document was clearly not tailored to the jurisdiction you selected.
  • The generated document contained material errors or omissions inconsistent with the tool’s stated deliverables.
  • The tool failed to generate a document due to a technical error on our side.
  • You were charged more than once for the same generation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after generating and reviewing a complete document.
  • You provided inaccurate inputs (e.g., wrong jurisdiction or industry) and the document was generated correctly based on those inputs.
  • You claim the document is insufficient without having reviewed it or attempted to use it.
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
  • The document was used in whole or in part for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • The email address used for your Stripe payment (if any).
  • The tool name and approximate date of purchase.
  • A brief description of why the document did not meet expectations.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We process legitimate refund requests promptly and prefer to resolve disputes directly. Unjustified chargebacks may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
