Responsible AI Studio provides AI-powered tools that generate compliance-related documents including AI policies, risk registers, employee guidelines, and related governance materials (“Generated Documents”). Documents are generated based on inputs you provide including jurisdiction, industry, staff size, and risk appetite.

3. Important Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

The Generated Documents are AI-generated starting-point documents for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for qualified legal, compliance, or regulatory counsel.

You acknowledge that:

• Generated Documents should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation.
• Regulatory requirements change and Generated Documents may not reflect the most current obligations.
• Your specific circumstances may require customisation beyond what our tools provide.
• We make no warranty that Generated Documents will achieve regulatory compliance.
• We are not responsible for any regulatory action, fine, or legal proceeding arising from use of Generated Documents.

4. Payment Terms

Access to certain tools requires a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to generate and download your document for that session. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By making a payment, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the Generated Documents produced using our tools. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use Generated Documents for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute Generated Documents as standalone products or templates.

All software, design, content, and systems underlying our tools remain the exclusive property of Responsible AI Studio. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our tools or underlying systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or circumvent payment requirements.
• Use automated systems or bots to access or scrape our services.
• Provide false or misleading information in tool inputs.
• Resell access to our tools or Generated Documents without our written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

We process the inputs you provide (jurisdiction, industry, staff size, and similar non-personal contextual data) to generate your documents. We do not collect or store your name, organisation name, or personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Responsible AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or Generated Documents.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Documents will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific regulatory obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are commenced.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
